PRODUCT INFORMATION

How are the prints made?

Canvas
Our canvases are made using acid free, PH-neutral and fade-resistant materials. Each print is hand stretched onto solid wood stretcher bars and includes mounting brackets ready for you to hang.  
Framed
The frames we use for our prints are made from semi-hardwood material sourced from renewable forests and enclosed with an acrylite front protector. The prints are made using museum-quality giclée Epson matte paper. Mat boards are included with selected designs.
Poster
Posters are giclée printed on archival, acid-free paper. This high-quality matte paper is thick and ensures longevity in all prints. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders made before 12pm are aimed to be fulfilled the same day. Once dispatched, orders arrive between 3-7 business days. Orders made after 12pm will be fulfilled by the following day. 

Do you Ship Internationally?

Being based in the UK we primary ship to the UK and Europe free of charge, but we also offer worldwide shipping. Outside UK and Europe standard shipping fees will apply.

Why can’t you print My Order faster?

We know you will want your order delivered as soon as possible and we aim to achieve that. However, we also want to make sure your order is received with the highest quality we ensured. This means not cutting corners to rush the fulfilment of your order and give you a less than 100% satisfactory final product. We want your order to be worth the wait. 

How is my order packaged?

We carefully pack each item using 100% recyclable material. Each item is packed to ensure they are kept as safe as possible during transit with minimal risk of damage. 


ORDERS AND RETURNS

My Order arrived Damaged! What can I do?

Although we carefully pack our orders and have full trust in our delivery partners, unfortunately accidents do sometimes happen. If you receive an item that has been damaged just contact us and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If for whatever reason you decide to cancel or  change your order, simply contact us as soon as possible so we can deal with your request. Orders already dispatched can be returned. Please note we do not pay for return shipping costs.

Do I need an account to place an Order?

You do not need an account to place an order, just contact information so we can give your order confirmation and order details. If you do make an account with us it allows us to offer you future discounts and first look and new prints available.

How do I track my order?

Once an order is placed a confirmation message will give details on how you can track your order. If for whatever reason you can’t find this message, please check all email folders or contact us to get it re-sent.

Do you make Requests or Custom Prints?

We are more than happy to accommodate any custom requests from potential customers. Whether it’s print ideas or you want a print in a different format (canvas to poster, poster to include frame etc) don’t be shy to contact and make a request.
